Joy is busy saying what a cute street and cute little terrace to grow up in. I'm reminded of all the things the New Urbanists say about the benefits of closer, more dense and diverse town planning. This is the way to build for populations, for communities, and for a post-oil world! Just add a local town square with shops and a public place for kids to play, and it would be perfect.

Thanks for putting this up.
